Our Story

Phase 1 began as a social media consulting effort, which naturally evolved into brand partnerships and experiential activations by leveraging our background in events and community-building. With hands-on experience working on campaigns and building networks across industries, Phase 1 Management expanded into a full-service creative agency grounded in relationships, culture, and execution.

As our clients grew, so did our capabilities. Today, we support brands through social media, partnerships, and experiential marketing. Always keeping people, purpose, and presence at the center.
